I'm a big fan of anything vodka based, in particular, absolut citron and sprite, Cosmopolitans, and chocolate martinis, my absolute fav!
other than that, the only beer i'll drink (so far) is Rickards Red. (anyone know if this is sold stateside?)
I like Apple Hooch, does anyone know if i can get this in the States or Canada? I haven't seen it yet. And this champagne, I think it's Spanish, called Asti, it's really nice and fruity. Oh, and Peller Estate Niagara Iced Wine. If any of you like sweeter, fruitier drinks, this is perfect, tho a tad expensive.

Hey, did anyone ever get the secret ingredient for this? I emailed him, but never got a response. I'm curious. Thanks

I love all kinds of stoli, I'll probably sound like a huge alcoholic, but "Stoli" is the name of my computer on our network. I saw someone else mention Red Death, I love those, and Kamikazes. As for my favorite shots, I always go for the Black Haus, or if I'm up for it, the triple shot of Jose Cuervo.

Forgot one, I also love Purple Hazes...it's vodka, chambord, cranberry juice, and sour mix. A little expensive to make pitchers of (trust me, personal experience here), but really really good.

Best drinks: Long Island Iced Tea, Manhattan, Martinini or bourbon on the rocks. The best thing to do is shots. The hell with these wussy light beers and sweet tasting drinks. Most of those drinks are liqueor and not hard booze. Come on now! Are we a bunch of lightweight GDI's. LETS GET WASTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not a big drinker because I am small and thus have a majorly low tolerance (anything over two or three drinks and I am in danger of ralphing :r ...very sad!) So I drink with moderation
Anyhow here it is:
Anyone who lives where they have Sonic has to love Route 44 Cherry Limeade!!!!!!!!! (non-alcoholic drink of choice)
Martini and Rossi Asti (champagne)
Bloody Mary (mmmmmmmm....)
Cape Cod
Kahlua and Bailey's
Mimosas....yum!
Lemon Drops
Peppermint Schnapps (gives you fresh breath too!)
And since I am a Texan, I have to go with Shiner Bock for my beer choice
I HATE: Tequila, anything with sour mix, anything frozen, jello shots, trash can punch, tequiza, wine coolers, red wine, Guinness

MMMMMMMM Only 7 days till my first weekend back at school!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can hardly wait, and this has definetly gotten me ready! I must say that I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned my favorite drink, the Rattlesnake. Bailey's, Kalhua, and gin. MMMMMMM. I agree with whoever said that Sam Adams is an acquired taste. My boyfriend hates it. I LOVE SA Cream Stout...tastes like a Frappuccino (as long as you don't get it on the sides of your tongue where the bitter tastebuds are !) I'm particularly fond of a drink called Beerchanan, but my sisters would kill me if I broadcast the recepie to the public. If anyone is curious, email me...

Did this topic make anyone else want to go out for a drink?

xok85xo - say it isn't so! I love Stoli's lemon vodka - especially in a vodka tonic!

Wow this thread was on the long side. My absolute favorite beer is Shiner Blonde but I usually only get that when I go out. When it’s a party type night im usually feeling cheap and pick up some Natural Light (cant get Nat ICE here) or Bud Light. Now a lot of people complain about Natty but im so used to it, the way I feel is, there’s more for me. Juniorgrrl I make a drink similar to your “Red” but I call it Smashed its ¾ red Kool-Aid (strawberry works best) and ¼ Everclear exact measurements are important so don’t just eyeball it. I usually make a gallon of this at a time; its best served ice cold. Basically if you drink four cups of it you just drank one whole cup of everclear. One night I drank a liter of it myself, lets just say I have no visual recognition of the evening.
