You're at a GROWN FOLKS dressed-up affair and you're hopping/strolling. One hop/stroll wasn't enough to make you look young as hell, you're hopping/strolling to EVERYDAMNSONG the DJ plays. You're strolling to Uncle Luke, slow music, Frankie Beverly, T-Pain...anything with a good beat.

And older members try to stop you by telling you to sit your butt down and even find people to dance with you to distract you. You're covered with sweat and it's dripping through your clothes at a GROWN FOLKS dressed-up affair.

You're a spectacle. You look stupid. You look like you can't dance on your own and/or have no social skills. We could blame it on the alcohol but the other tipsy Greeks weren't hopping/strolling.

That is all.

<------ has seen this over the years and most recently a few weeks ago

(ETA: I've seen non-Neos and seasoned members jokingly hop/stroll at GROWN FOLKS dressed-up affairs--they weren't the only Greeks joking around so they didn't look dumb--and they knew when to play it off as a joke and get back to mixing and mingling with the GROWN FOLKS.)

Speaking of CUS and youtube.... a long time ago, i once saw a clip of you ladies singing a song at the end of a probate. It was sooooo beautiful. The crowd was like awwwwwww. And so was I.

It rhymes with Balpha, Krappa, Schlomega, Gigma, and Byota.

This has occurred a few times over the years. Mostly Krappa and Schlomega, if I recall correctly.

Yeah, uncouth Alphas annoy me. I already told the story about how one of my chapter brothers was at a national event shoveling food into his face like a homeless orphan.

The worst thing that I've done thus far is having my car decked out. I've got an AKA tag on the front, license plate holder on the back, a tiki hanging from my rear-view mirror, and a staff and a stuffed frog in the back window.

I blame my honey-do, since he bought me all that stuff!

I only have four shirts, so I don't wear nalia often. I wear pink & green more frequently than before. Funny thing is, I've also bought more red and blue clothing lately lol.

Another thing I'm guilty of is overusing 'Soror' from time to time.

I just caught a visual from a scene in Major Payne with Damon Wayans.

Might be a "neo" if
a) you know what it means but you're still trying to figure out what GDI stands for
b) you keep making cheesy jokes on Greekchat

yeah.... =D

Not even. Did you even read the thread to get an idea, or did you just post to post?
