Continent or geographical area- can you name all the countries? US, Australia and Canada- can you name all the states, territories and provinces?

Edit: The only continent where my knowledge seems to reflect American or International foreign policy or conflict appears to be Africa- countries where there has been little in the media in the way of civil war, genocide, American, French, British, Spanish or UN intervention or support over the last 10-15 years are the ones I have a hard time knowing.
