That's only SOME members of the NPHC and SOME non-NPHC members. It isn't organization-type specific.

You can discuss them, find someone and talk to that person face to face!!! I am not saying this to be mean or rude, but I think that is the best way you are going to get the information you are looking for.

Understand that it has become VERY EASY to turn a well meaning conversation about your greek org into a lawsuit. Sadly, many, if not all, of the D9 orgs have been hit with lawsuits over matters that were taken out of context. But, unfortunatly, some of the lawsuits may be justified. It is VERY easy to make serious accustions over something trivial. The D9 orgs have gotten burned so now we proceed with caution.

*If you are in a D9 org and disagree with me on this last paragraph, that is fine too.

@ Wolfman - I really don't think that most of the NPHC members are being tight-lipped "just because". I'm not sure if you've had a chance to read some of the recent discussions within the Greek Life, Chit Chat, A Phi A, and AKA forums, but the relations between the NPHC and non-NPHC members have been "not so good" lately. Since this is the internet and you can't really read a person's tone or expression it is difficult to tell/believe that someone who was trying to insult you 2 days ago wants to have an open and sincere discussion with you today. I have to assume that this is a big part of the lack of desire to converse. Plus you always have people who make comments like TonyRenyolds'. That's never a fun environment to dialog within. Of course I can't speak for any NPHC members, but this is just IMHO as a long-time Greekchat viewer.

All I've advocated was to GO OUT AND TALK TO PEOPLE. Don't rely on posters on the net. There are perps on the net.

I have no problem working together and no one is saying that we (NPHC) can't work with others. Its just that I don't think I need to speak on information 'just cause'.

Basically, I think everyone is getting very tired of the Black/White BS!

It seems some want to promogate it and cause problems. Whether it be from Blacks or Whites on Site, it still is BS.

This does not refer to just this thread, but to may others. If you want to be a positive poster on site Hey A++++ to you. If not, then just what exactly is your problem?

You do not want to be a positive person then just why are you here?

My Reference is not to do with Black Economics, but the Language that is used.

I too can use all of the Words just as you and someohters can, so just what does that prove. Your Smarts or ignorance? Not just refering to you specifically but to other posters.

Lawsuit??? Now that's something that never crossed my mind as a possible issue...

Oh well Marie's post has provided me with more info than I ever could have gathered on my own up here - just not that many HBGLO members to talk to... and apparently even less now

I agree with RA. Those of us in non-NPHC GLOs really don't understand why everything is so private. NPCs and NICs are so much more open. We'd like to understand why NPHC members are the way they are. Right now we don't. Also, many of us just don't KNOW that many NPHC members because there may be few or no chapters in our area.

All NPHC members are not Black. Starang21 is not black and he did not respond to the original poster. Again, this is about the NPHC and NOT about black or white.

What language is being used? I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt by referencing Black economics. I will continue to give you the benefit of the doubt because you're hopefully smarter than you are portraying.
