I'm addicted to sweet/sour candy. Well, I'm not as bad as I used to be. I guess I'm a reformed addict, but not by choice, by necessity. My body just can't metabolize the sugar like it used to.

Me too! I get it from my daddy, he is always driving somewhere for something. Driving helps me think and relax.
I'm also addicted to:
-Shopping
-taking pictures
-thin mint cookies
-dancing (even though I'm not too good at it)

i'm proud to say that i'm a recovering shopaholic but it's a daily struggle. Don't know how common this is... but when i found something that i really liked but couldn't afford it... i use to get the shakes.. seriously!!! and then a tingling sensation down my spine after every purchase.

I've got it bad for.....
*Shopping- specifically for shoes, purses and electronics.
*Candy- give me any flavored strawberry or cherry candy and it's on.
*Food- I love food. I eat when I'm happy, sad, mad, glad, bored, excited. I've started getting a weekly ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins-cookies and cream with chocolate cake. All I can say is YUMMY IN MY TUMMY.

Check resale stores and outlet malls (Woodbury Commons?) Some of the stuff I'm addicted to is out of my price range (e.g. Tod's driving shoes), but I've picked up mad bargains at the secondhand stores or outlets.

Girl, don't get me started on the SIMS!!!! I, too, am addicted. Man, Sims Hotdate is the bomb. I can play for hours. I even had a dream about my Sims family one night . Me and my nephew sometimes bust out with the Sims speak (you know you can't understand a damn word they're saying). It's too funny because my nephew will have to use the restroom and he'll stand there bouncing up and down and finally take off running like they do on the Sims when you let their bladder bar get too low. I told my family I want Sims Vacation and House Party for Christmas, but they all refused, LOL.
Have you been put on to any of the cheat codes? It's GREAT to have as much money as you want.

Girrrrl those cheat codes are ill!
THey are responsible for a lot of great landscaping and more than a few big screen tv's lol.
The only thing I find frustrating is having them make friends- if I make them too outgoing so they make friends easily, then I have a hard time controlling that- they have to iteract EVERY DAY or they're miserable! The cheat on changing their personalities makes that easier.
Yesterday I was playing the game, and adopted a baby for one of my sets of roomies by mistake. Why oh why. They both had good jobs! noooooo baby! Couldn't save anything. Had to go and rebuild folks' house.
Argh! I think my Mom has not yet caught on to how addicted to teh game I am, so there has been no fallout, lol. Once she realizes that it has replaced Sim Civilization (The illest Sim game ever, bar none) then the b*itching will start, lol.

My addictions
Ben and Jerry's
Lifetime movies (my cable got cut off so I'm going through SERIOUS withdrawals right now)
"Quality Time" (wink, wink) with the new hubby
Sweet Valley High (the twins are FINALLY graduating from high school in the next book!)
chocolate (this is a bad time of year for me at the hospital; the docs usually give the units they work with Hersheys Pot of Gold or the Russell Stover's or the Whitman's)
Starburst jelly beans
Jelly Belly Sour jelly beans
The Simpsons (I have just about every ep. on tape, the 1st two seasons on DVD, the UNO card game, the Ultimate Trivia Game, and four box sets)
