Our school has around 10k people with 15% being in the greek community.

I wish you well. Phi Kappa Psi was at GWU from 1868 until 1899. When we rechartered in 1990, there were no living alumni, so it was like starting from scratch. Anyway, I remember that year after year they struggled to keep their numbers in the 30s. The chapter alumni, although young, stayed involved and helped to keep the chapter moving forward, and slowly upward. I'm sure that you know that Phi Psi got strong enough to be only one of three fraternities to get a townhouse at the new greek row at GWU.
What I'm getting at is that things will get better, then things will seem hopeless, then get better again, and so on. You have to stick in there, and most importantly, all of you have to become quality alumni. If you do that, your group will become more successful than you can imagine. Keep moving on and up!
