I'm also pryaing that she will be able to come down here and visit me during our spring break. Please think of her when you get the chance.

This is only becoming more prevalent, and I applaud your Diamond for getting out now! She will most definitely be in my prayers, and so will the other requests made here today/last night.

Oh my gosh, that is so tragic. I've met Mrs. Goddard a number of times and she is one of the nicest women I have ever met. This makes me really sad and I will certainly remember her in my prayers.

Sisters-
Please pray for my uncle. His brain surgery (to remove a tumor) began at 2:30pm and they expect it to be done by 5:30pm. Thanks a million! I will update you tonight!

I have a couple of prayer requests:
My dear friend Beth had a miscarriage this week. Her mother and sisters are both ADPi's, and Beth is like a sister to me.
Kathryn Goddard lost her husband this week.
Please say a prayer for these loving people.

ADPiAkron, I've been praying for your uncle - hope all is well.
ForeverDiamond, I'm THRILLED that your treatment is going so well!!
adpiucf, my heart goes out to your friend Beth. I've been there, if she needs someone to talk to. Also, please tell her to get in touch with one of the many trauma centers that deal with parents of children who were miscarried or died early. It REALLY helps!
I feel just awful about Kathryn Goddard's husband! Was David sick, or was this out of the blue? I hope her entire ADPi family surrounds her with love - not just now, but also in the months to come!

I posted it on our chapter's yahoo group so that alumnae (and collegians) will hear about what has happened. My prayers are with Mrs. Goddard and her entire family.
Abbey, I'll also keep Beth and her family in my prayers. My mom wen through many miscarriages (she miscarried a total of 8 times) and I know how difficult it is for everyone in the family.
Leslie (FD), I'm so happy that things are starting to get better for you...you'll stay in my prayers!
Andrea, I've been thinking of your uncle, his doctors, and your entire family all day today. I'm praying that all goes well during the surgery and afterwards!

EIGHT TIMES?! Your mother must be an incredibly strong woman! I thought I'd have a nervous breakdown after two!!

Yeah, my mom was pregnant either three or four times before me (I think), she miscarried *my* twin at 3 months (and subsequently didn't think she was pregnant even when she saw the doctor a month later and they had to do a pregnancy test), and then a few times after me. She always tells everyone that I was her miracle baby
