When I was in Honduras last week, our tour guide pointed out the "twins"; the two islands used by Survivor when they filmed there. He said he got to work helping build some of the challenge sets. He was very proud... it was kind of cute!

Must have missed a season...which Survivor was filmed in Honduras?
Chelsea and Tarzan must have a secret alliance, did I catch them voting in a bloc of four (it's against Kim and Kim's votes) with either Sabrina, Alina, or Christina?
Chelsea is the only woman I see with two separate alliances, a plus to get her to the top three with poor/unliked players Kat, Troyzan, or Alicia. With the 'numbers games' at voting time, Chelsea can go with either of her alliances and still stay safe and well-liked.

I don't think I ever realized that the Survivors get to keep whatever money they don't spend at the auction. I still think Christina made a huge mistake not buying the challenge advantage. Regardless of the outcome of the challenge, she probably bumped herself lower in the pecking order because of it. The $500 she pocketed is probably not worth the difference in consolation prize money.
ETA: I am continually amazed at Kat's intellectual inferiority. She's got a serious case of teh dumbs.

LOL. Yep.
Troy really needs to get over himself. He's a competitor; I get that. But he is forgetting that if he really plans to stay around, he needs a majority of the people he's alienating to want to vote for him at the end.
And Kim was exactly right -- it's a game, Troy.
Meanwhile, when did Tarzan start doing well on challenges? And what was wrong with his face? Those were the darkest circles under his eyes I've ever seen.

I thought he had painted his face with black paint similar to how Leif had painted his with blue. It looked so bad I assumed it had to have been intentional - I never even considered that he might be sick or tired.
I was surprised to see Tarzan vote for Leif. While Tarzan certainly isn't the best social player in the game, he hasn't stood out as making poor voting decisions. (Although I readily admit that my memory is already failing me and I don't remember who he's had a hand in voting out.)
Kim appears to be playing the best game right now. Naturally, that means she's on the chopping block. I wonder if she had anticipated what Troy so plainly laid out in TC - she didn't look surprised at all when he suggested the four bottom-dwellers vote her out.

I guess it was actually Nicaragua but the islands are visible from the shore of Honduras. It was the Redemption Island season.

Argh. I'm really fighting the temptation to make my prediction for the rest of the season - the whole kiss of death thing is keeping me from doing so.
I'm soooo not a fan of those voodoo-type challenges. Let people win on their own accord instead of winning because they're not being ganged-up on by the other players. It seems grossly unfair for the poor target, whether they be a threat-related target or a disliked-by-the-tribe target.
The writing sure is on the wall for Christina, isn't it? I expect her to go before Tarzan unless she wins immunity. And speaking of Tarzan, have we seen him make an alliance with one or more of the women and I'm just forgetting about it? I'm not sure I understand why he's in the position he's in. Especially considering how much he has annoyed some of the women (Chelsea, for instance). Am I missing something or is he just ultra-lucky to still be there?
To be honest, I'm on the fence regarding how I feel about the direction the game has taken. I'm impressed that the women have been able to pull it together enough to get to this point, remembering how helpless they were at the beginning of the season. But I'm just not a fan of half of the women left, so it's hard to be happy that they're all there.

That actually doesn't bother me, because it provides a great opportunity to see where people stand and what they are thinking. If only Kat had paid attention, bless her heart.
But having your doll go up in flames and then seeing the skeleton -- wow!

I don't think we've seen it. But why would anyone vote him out? He's ideal to take to the end, because who would vote for him. And if it's not a plan to take him to the end, why target him yet?
I guess the game is afoot.

All of the men on the jury, plus Kat probably, because she's a brat, pouty and seems like she will flip out the moment she's voted out.

This is a serious argument for bringing Kat to the end. It keeps her from freaking out and voting for the fodder, and she will make no sense in final Tribal (I actually want her to make it to the end so I can see her face the jury). However, since everyone knows she's too dumb to be strategic, she's also not pissed anyone off, so if they don't vote in respect of game play, Kat could win if she made it to the finals.

There was something creepy and inappropriate about the relationship between Kat and her "cousin". Just sayin......
