Yes, and covered in a candy shell.

I don't think I'd like the candy coated shell. I mean, not over the malted part. Plus, I don't like Whoppers because they're too hard. I like the taste, I just wish they weren't so hard. The candy coated shell would be too much.

See, I much prefer them to malted milk balls without the shell. The candy shell makes them perfect.

Haha, yea it definitely wasn't the best gum in the world (it didn't keep its flavor long at all), but for some reason, I couldn't get enough of it. I think because it was one of those things that I only got once a year, so in some way it was "special." And when I'd ask anyone about it, they never had a clue what I was talking about. I was the cool kid with the unusual gum.

Me and my brother always got at least one non-candy item in our baskets. I usually received small stuffed animals, 2 of which I still have to this day... one being a Beanie Baby that I got during that whole craze. I also received the book 'The Velveteen Rabbit' one year.

I remember these! I HATED them.
And I know that I'm on the Loves-Cadbury-eggs/Hates-Peeps team, however, the more people post this picture in this thread...

ETA: Wow, you really can't find a good picture of this candy that tries to show what it looks like on the inside.
This one really didn't help the eggs' case.
ETA again: Ewwww! Cadbury Creme Egg brulee!

I just like solid milk chocolate. Peanuts, peanut butter, nougat and caramel are the only other kind of filling I like inside.

I didn't get one in my Easter Basket, but I'd always get one at Halloween.. from the dentists who lived next door. And our neighbors on the other side would take Polaroid pictures of us, which included a Halloween border. So we got to take home toothbrushes, plus a picture of ourselves completely pissed off because we didn't get any candy

And I couldn't care less about the chocolate. That's why I like the robin's eggs over the regular malted milk balls -- I don't notice the chocolate as much.
I don't fall squarely on Team Hates Chocolate (unless it's chocolate cake or chocolate ice cream -- really don't like either) but I am firmly on Team Usually Chooses Something Other Than Chocolate. (Sorry DrPhil.)
Ah well, that's why we all have our own Easter baskets.
And Tulip86 -- meringue cookies for the win.

I totally agree with you about chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream. That's weird, though. I don't know how can I like milk chocolate, but not like chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream.

I love the concept of Cadbury's Creme Eggs, but in reality they are just way too sweet for me.
