I figured somebody would have a thread like this...

Well, to start off with me and Dustin met kinda by accident..
To start off with I ended up re-meeting up w/an old best bud (you know, one of those in which you're best buds for a couple of years and then they join the army and you and all his other friends never hear from them again?yeah, one of those ) Well, we started chatting and all and he told me he was in a frat at school and told me "I'd be perfect" for his best friend who happens to be also a brother. Well, one day as I'm walking back from class I spot good ole Matt w/some of his brothers. I walk over to say hi (c'mon, hott guys around a best bud..too easy) well, we're all talking and all when this drop-dead gorgous guy walks towards the table where we're all at carrying a painting under one arm and a notebook in the other. (At this point I'm just staring..) Thankfully, Matt saved me and quickly introduced us. (Thanks Matt) Well, I had my cell phone in my 'shaking' hand and he tried to shift all his things in one hand but got jumbled and we ended up shaking withthe wrong hands while laughing over our stupidity..(you can all roll your eyes now) Well, Matt told me later that Dustin had the hotts for me to and yada yada yada...Well..to make it short now..me and Dusty got drunk at a party..and yada..and have been together every since..teehee

In one week, my boy and I will celebrate our *5* year anniversary

I was on my way walking into the Starbucks kinda close to where i live. I was in a huge hurry b/c i had a test that morning so i had to pretty much RUN. I got my iced mocha and went to get napkins, i turned around so fast that i slammed into what would be my future love of my life. Unfortunatly me slamming into him made my coffee spill all over his white , newly ironed shirt. I felt sooo bad i felt my face getting hot. After I apologized over and over again I looked at my watch and realized if i didnt leave RIGHT NOW i'd be late for my exam. I told him I had to go and that i was sorry. He then said that he wouldnt forgive me unless he could give me a call sometime. I gave him my number...he waited about 2 days to call (not too soon, not too late) and we set up a dinner date. The date was more than perfect. He took me to a nice restaurant where we got to talk a lot and get to know more about each other. Then he took me to this little park where he laid out a blanket and had some little desserts. I asked him if he had anything to drink b/c the cheesecake was making me kinda thirsty. He pulls out two bottles of Starbucks Mocha Frappacino. He said "I got these so we wouldnt have to worry about spilling it on each other since they have a cap to the bottles" I thought that was so funny. We've been together ever since and more in love than ever....

We met at a party over 4th of July weekend...

As I walked in with my friend, he said "I'm gonna find you a boyfriend" And I said "Pfft, no way, I am done w all that, besides, I've been to parties with this crowd before, trust me there's no one here I am interested in..." Famous last words.

He was on a date, only I didn't know that at first. He came up to me and we started talking and it was just instant chemistry. Then his date walked up and started hanging on his arm and I was confused, so I walked away.

But we kept drifting back to each other and would end up nose to nose grinning at one another and making future plans, until my friends would pull me away and his date would pull him away. But moments later, we'd be nose to nose again. We were like magnets.

We ended up kissing in the middle of the yard and his date came over and was, understandably, pissed. (They hadn't been getting along even before Mr. Amycat and I met.)

I was so drunk that I barely remembered him the next day, my friends were all YOU WILL CALL HIM BACK HE WAS HOT AND SO INTO YOU. And I could not for the life of me recall what he looked like. I asked my friends, they said "Brad Pitt" I was all HOW could I forget that?! ha ha ha ha ha

We met for 1st date a few days later (I was worried I wouldn't recognize him, but I did!) and just clicked, we had so much to say to one another that before we knew it, 6 hours had passed and the bar was closing down. We've been inseparable ever since. We took a trip to Hawaii for a week together last month and that was just perfect, we got along so amazingly well and had so much fun! I just think he is so amazing!!!

awww these are cute. i am surprised how many people here are married. that's awesome.

Well even tho my ex and i aren't together anymore, how we met was kinda cute. I was the historian for my sorority so i was in charge of setting up the bid night picture with a place called "Party Pics." Well my ex was the photographer's assistant. He was recently hired for the company and was on his first set of photo shoots. He had just transfered to Sac State the semester before and was rushing the recently opened colony of ZBT. But I think he was dating someone else at the time.

Fast forward about a semester later. I run into him again at an orientation. He is with his brothers and me with my sisters. We exchanged hellos and "I remember you"'s. Then after that... I saw him EVERYWHERE on campus. I was taking a photo class for my major and turns out that is his major so he was in the lab every time i was. I mentioned that I wanted to minor in photography in December. So he offered to show me the ropes of color photography developing. While in the darkroom, he kissed me! Not sure if I was interested yet, I kinda freaked out and ran out. Later that evening, we talked and decided to go on a date which turned into something serious for about a year and 3 months. it was kind of a bitter break up but the beginning was cool.

The guy I am dating now I met online. He goes to the same school, is in the same major but for some reason I had never met him before. So he finds me on match.com and we chat and decide to meet up for coffee. We talked for 3 hours! I brought him to a party later that week and my friends thought that we had known each other for years because we seemed so comfortable with each other. hope things work out. He's hot, funny, and a musician. *giggle*

Well actually I met my boyfriend through his ex-girlfriend (girlfriend at the time I know) at our church youth group about 5 years ago...they broke up...we became bestfriends...the ex-girlfriend hates me but that is another thread in itself...then we got together...we have been together for going on 3 years I love him so much!!!! Future plans are to get married in about 4 years, but God only knows...
