I have trouble with that too. According to the service line i called, it means your computer is sleepy, and needs to be shut down for a while.

When you click on any of the smileys, you will get that text in the UBB Code box... you can just select all of that text with your mouse and then use the Control C (copy) key to copy it. Then where you want to place it in your message just hit Control V (paste).
