The most recent post on the UT website indicates that the AOII and Phi Mu houses are on hold due to contractor issues.

In the other GC thread (with drawings) about new UTN sorority housing I noticed part of AOII's roof had an unusual two-or-three story steep curve. It looked like it could catch rainwater above/near the front entrance. Is this some kind of 'green' housing required by the university?

When Sandra Bullock made that crack about UTN orange in "The Blind Side," the whole theater turned around cause my DH was dying, laughing so hard he almost rolled into the aisle. You see he thought I was alone in this boycott, but he learned better.
