EDIT- I did know about Jonathan Brandis. Please do not scare me regarding Devon Sawa. I had a crush on him- though not on Jonathan Brandis.
Back in the day, I was the last to know that Kirk Cameron and Candace Cameron were brother and sister. Did not find out till 9th grade when I was reading a magazine and made the connection.
And Luther Vandross' and Lily Tomlin's sexuality is news to me as well.

I was the last to know that daylight savings is no longer the last Saturday/Sunday in October. I was late to everything on Sunday, because my Palm Pilot changed a week early.

I was the last to know that Daniel Feld and Wesley Nault were a couple. Keep in mind I am a big Project Runway fan. But I just found out about this yesterday. Very sweet indeed.

the best year with one shining moment though was definitely Jimmy V & NC State (and 91/92 when Duke won back to back)
i was also the last person to know when Larry Munson retired from announcing, i was out west and news about the SEC never seemed to make it out there to me. lets just say when i got back to GA .. i was shocked.
