I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who chose to participate in the activities that really matter.

I forgot to mention that I was also the indoor ambassador to the Drill the Football Team Club.

If BobbytheDon was concerned that he might be...you know...gay, would you have sex with him to prevent it? It would be a sacrifice for religion.

hahahahaha.....no. I'm not sacrificing myself for him.....I'll leave that to Jesus (who, by the way, probably wouldn't have sex with him either).

That's a pretty damn cool club for a high school to have. My high school didn't have anything interest just your typical HS clubs.

Just so you know (and even if you don't care) that wasn't funny. I'd appreciate it if you didn't call me that, even as a joke.

About 20 or so years ago, the public and private schools' athletic league decided to make canoe paddling a sanctioned sport because there was so much interest with the high schools.

There are over a hundred different paddling clubs across the state and children can start as young as 5 years old. It was only a matter of time before they made it an official sport!

Interesting. I don't think it be as fun to go canoe paddling here as it would be in Hawai'i. My fiance use to be ona rowing team though. Not the most fun sport to watch, but I was often there yelling "row, row, row."

If you look very carefully in the background of one of the shots in Revenge of the Nerds (I think it's than one -- maybe one of the others in the genre), you can see a guy with a "PPP" sweatshirt on among the other fictional GLOs in the movie.

The first time I saw it, I literally laughed out loud.

You don't have to look all that carefully, since PPP actually does one of the skits in the Greek Week competition as literally "Rho Rho Rho your boat"

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA......that's so wrong, but still funny.....

and yes, the comment would have been funny had he called me a less offensive word, but it's not a big deal.
