Actually it says that alumnae delegates MAY make their own travel arrangements, not that you have to. My chapter's alumnae delegate is having them make her arrangements so I wouldn't worry to much.

We're flying out of Ottawa, it doesn't make any sense to fly out of Toronto unless you have parents who live there like our past archon did.
edited to say that we are flying out on thursday, if we are not on ISB, which not gonna lie we may be.

Yes Beth there is no need to stress There are about 9 of us traveling together. (You, me, Joanne, the EE delegates, the TU delegates, and the ZA delegates) So we will have people to take the train with and hang out with until everyone else arrives.
Cara- I can send you the form, but can you PM an email address?
Thanks,
Tara

OMG, I am SUCH A TOOL !!!!! I booked my flight for the 27 (the day I'm supposed to be there) BUT it's a red eye, meaning I don't get to Jersey until the 28 at 11:44 in the morning... which I think is late.. and I don't think I can do much to change my flight now... without paying fees.... GRRRRRRRR, Tara is it really bad if I'm late ? I can see what they say about changing it. I also really wish I was flying with someone, but I don't think anyone else would be flying out of my area because my chapter's delegate is flying from Sacramento where her mom lives and where she is for the summer. Also the other chapters which are close to me are probably flying out of Sac. also.

Cara, there is no need to worry. They like the West Coast delegates to arrive on Wednesday, because it can be tough with the long flight. But everyone else arrives on Thursday, so you will be fine. The welcome session isn't even until 2:30pm on Thursday. You'll probably even run into other sisters once you reach the Newark airport. You can always try to change your flight, the cost will depend on the ticket restrictions but it's worth a shot
Tara
PS Beth- Was Angela selected as Collegiate Staff and are any of the other women from IG coming?
PPS Ali- Are you still coming to LTS?

You can go to the National website and download the general info packet. Detailed info will be sent out later, probably about the first part of July.

Yes she did... And so there's going to be 3 IG's: Arleene, Angela and myself.

Hi Ladies,
I'm going to be at LTS this summer -- representing University of Pennsylvania's chapter with our Archon (I'm currently the bursar).
We just launched our revamped website => Penn PhiSigs => it's been a pet project of mine, so check it out!
I'd also like to give a shout out to the sisters coming from Canada. My family lives in British Columbia, so I'll be flying in from Vancouver this summer. Also, since our chapter is relatively new (refounded 2003), I don't know anyone going other than our Archon and the advisors from my chapter...I'm looking forward to meeting many many many sisters =)
LIOB,
Leeann
