I am so glad to see that many grown adults still watch cartoons it makes me feel that my level of maturity is not being compromised. Its funny all the shows I watched as a kid are listed but many of GC posters have 10 to 20 years on me. Thank God for syndication, what would the youth do with out it.

Cartoons I did not see listed where

Darkwing Duck
Duck Tales
Centaurians
M.A.S.K (with the vehicles not the green mask)
Pro-Stars (early 90s cartoon with Michael Jordan, Bo Jackson and Wayne Gretszky)
That show on NIckelodean with the little Gnomes one was a doctor who rode around on a fox...somebody help me. :-)

Being the Father of a 6-year old, I get into some pretty interesting conversations with him about cartoons. The other day, I remembered (and told him about) an OLD cartoon named "Tennessee Tuxedo."

I tried to explain it to him and he was like ... "Uh ... yeah, Daddy ... whatever. Lets talk about Rugrats!"

Sigh ... I'm getting old.

I still like scooby-doo, but scooby jumped the shark when scrappy doo came on the scene. His annoying yelps of "Puppy Power!" and "Let me at em!" IRK me to no end!

I love PowderPuff girls, Johnny Bravo(he is cute, why can't he get any play?lol) and X-men. Did anyone see the movie? Is it just me, or was Huge Jackson FIONE as all get out as Wolfverine! Lawd!

I think I am alone on this one but oh well, I love POKEMON! I know the parents on the board are sick of them, But everytime Pikachu talks(Pika!Pika?Pika!) I think that is sooooooo cute!

Don't throw anything at me sorors! lol! :P

Okay...it's all about the ol' school cartoons: Transformers, Xmen, Spiderman, Superfriends, Thundercats, Robotics, G.I. Joe. Since most of these are gone: I love Rugrats, Recess, and DOUG.
But, as soon as 10:30 hits on a Saturday morning, I'm watching NBC Saturday Mornings: One World, City Guys, and Hang Time---not cartoons, but I'm addicted

Question

Does anyone remember the cartoon G-Force? I used to LOVE that cartoon. People at work looked at me like I was crazy talking about some G-Force.

Okay, I'm trying to tell my friends that there used to be a cartoon called STREET FROGS-it was with the frogs that had the radios and high-top sneakers and they were supposed to be "hip". If anyone else remembers that one please get at me!
Other favorites:
POPPLES
MY LITTLE PONY & FRIENDS
VOLTRON
SAILOR MOON
URUSEI YATSURA
PADDINGTON BEAR
JEM
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
FAT ALBERT
FUNTASTIC TREASURE HUNT
GUMMY BEARS
WAYNEHEAD

Also, this does not qualify as a cartoon, but there used to be a show called ROMPER ROOM that aired here in the Bay Area, CA. The host would look into her "magic mirror" and call the names of her viewers that she saw, and she never called my name -I waited for YEARS and she never said it!

Thinking of more toons...

Whassup, Delta SF's! I hope I'm not repeating what somebody else already posted, but I dig Bugs Bunny & Friends. One of my most favoritest BB & Friends cartoons was the one with the three little pigs who had a jazz band that the big bad wolf wanted to join & play trumpet for. It was actually on this past Saturday. I LOOOOOVE that one! I also REALLY loved that School House Rock "VERB-that's what's happenin'". I thought the School House Rock "Sufferin' until Suffrage" was bangin' as well. I actually have both of these on tape. What I did find weird, though, is that many people at my job (NY) didn't know who the Wonder Twins were. I was raised in the south....Hmmmm...go figure.

Thanks for the link! I'll be checking out tvparty.com more often.
I cannot believe that child! IMO-Miss Molly should not have been discussing how to handle loaded guns w/ the children in the first place, but what's done is done.
I didn't know that the show started airing in 1977-When I began watching the show I thought that it was brand-new LOL
