Yes, that does seem to be the Problem.
And yes, have gone through it before.
Need Alums when Chapter is in trouble?
Many Times, Alums will give a Remember When speach? We did this and that?
It is not just Any Alum that have gone through this, but most of us at one time or another. You are not running the Chapter, so why do you think you can come in and tell us how to do it? Little do they know that Wisdom speaks a lot, they just dont know it yet.
Keep a smile on the face and give Wisdom when you can.
When they run into problems, oops, who do We Call, Dah, Ghost Busters, or the Alums.
Have been doing this for Almost 40 Years, is it easy, think again!
