IM sorry Dionysus but this thread is hillarious!!!

When I read this thread I get the image of a large room with a podium (or soapbox whatever works best) in the middle of the room.
Dionysus stood at the podium and gave her speech...
and then in interesting fashion...all those who were there listening suddenly snapped and started talking amongst themselves as if they suddenly forgot what they were doing there to begin with!!! and in turn doing exactly what Dionysus said she did not like...

then dionysus got mad... crossed arms across the chest and said..."you have been forwarned" like a prophesy (do i hear ooooohhhhhs and ahhhhhhhs?)
well anyways you get it!

Dionysus, in all seriousness I think you are right...but on the other hand, that kinda adds the fun and the chat like enviornment to a message board.

still when people hijack and it stays hijacked and then there is no hope for the thread starter to win the thread back...its a sad sad thing...
BUT..im sure we can all say we have had it happen to us at least once.

but just try and have as much fun with it as possible

ps. wasnt there an official hijack thread before??? one where you were SUPPPOOOSEDDD to hijack??? what happened to that one?

oh yeah! JUSTAMOM: I LOVE YOUR SMILIES...SO CUTE>..

ok sorry back to topic again
So I'm wondering, what were you talking about?

Great comeback, LOL.
There's always next year. But the Spurs did beat the Lakers, so I give them some credit. But GO LAKERS!

They got a 6-7 1/4 power forward named Michael Sweetney from Georgetown.

Is he any good? Knowing the Knicks, they probably going to trade for an older player and suck again.

I think he's decent, but they have several guys with similar builds and skills, like Othella Harrington and Clarence Weatherspoon. And I know those NY fans want GM Scott Layden's head on a platter.

Layden's isn't as bad as Grunsfield. I can't believe they gave Houston all that money. He isn't worth it.

I've watched Allan Houston for years. He's definitely not in the top tier of 2-guards. Latrell Spreewell, despite his weirdness, is a better player.

After reading bout this guy, I think he'll have no effects on the Knicks. How many 6'9" guys do the knicks have?? Guys like Thomas, Mcdyess,
Harrington, and Weatherspoon will all surely play ahead of the rookie.
Does the rookie have any kind of edge over those players? I've read that he is another Anotnio Davis, a hard worker
who can't shoot but plays hard on both ends. He might be able to fit in great as 6th player, but I just don't see him doing anything to change the Knicks.

I'm reading Lampe, and I'm convince this is future of the team.
