We always tell the pledges they are more than welcome to walk out the door if they don't like something that's going on.
Likewise, in most cases hazing isn't forced. Similar to branding. If the pledges are kept against their will, then it is hazing. But if they're not and have the ability to walk out the door, it's not.

Overall, though, it's the bigness of the car that counts the most.
