It's 18 degrees here. Not that this is worse than anywhere you are, but I just thought that I'd tell you something to make you laugh and to explain South Carolina. I'm sitting here right now because we're on a 2-hour delay because the weather's too cold. Seriously. I'm not kidding.

Sorry, but while people are dying here...mostly the homeless, and it's -27 C with the windchill, you guys are on a 2-hour delay because it's too cold?!?!?!? You guys have yet to experience cold. Hell, even I haven't experience extreme cold. Places like Buffalo and the state of Wisconsin are colder than here (oh I'm in Toronto, by the way). What you have is not cold.

I am laughing because peeps in the south dotn know how to deal withthe cold. (its 40 right now)
1. One secretary is terrified of static Electricity. Its everywhere today. We never have static electricity here.
2. Our other secretary was complaining that we didnt have any cold bottled water in the fridge. She didnt even think that we keep the water in the un-heated warehouse, where its 40. The same temp as a refridgerator.
3. A friend referred to the "Windshield Factor" Um, Windchill?
4. People took their kids outside this AM to see ice in the birdbaths, becasue many kids down here dont believe it can freeze anywhere outside of the freezer. Like its some magical box or something.
Cant wait tillSunday. Its supposed to be back in the 60's. I hate this $hit. I live in South Texas for a reason. Its to not have to deal with this. Its the agreement we have withthe weather here. Its ok to be 110 in August with Humidity, as long as it doesnt get too cold. The deal has been broken.... I wanna sue.

We might get lucky this weekend. The weatherman says that the temperature should rise to a balmy thirty degrees.
56 days until Spring. I think that I will hibernate until then.

God, I hate cold weather. And yes, I have had to get out the socks (remember, I hate socks!!!)

My boss is engaged to somebody from England, and he said he could handle our weather as long as it didn't get below -5 C...she converted, and it was -30. CRAPPY! It has been so cold here without the windchill, and add that to the fact that the sun never comes out...VRAA! Wisconsin and Canada and every other cold place can shove it right now.

The rest of Canada must hate us Vancouverites right now. While the country goes through a cold snap it's a nice 11 degrees here in Vancouver .

Man...that is too cold to imagine, even for me, that the WARM part of the country is 11. Double digits must be nice though. Although, thats warmer than where I am now.

The temperature rose into the 30's today. It hasn't been this warm in two weeks.

it's a nice partly sunny day here in PRetoria, South Africa. Temperature at a stunning 73 Farenheit with tommorow weather being at 86 Farenheit. Just too bad there is no beach near here, I miss cape town.
