Large vs Small chapters

I have no idea where ZTA is now. The Foundation (which is a different animal than the University) owns the houses - I think ours is empty right now, the fraternity in it maybe couldn't fill it.

When I hear of chapters putting women before standards just paying their dues and not being involved, I am somewhat saddened. I am sure that anyone of the small chapters would love that woman just for paying her dues. It is one more tick toward the every popular chapter total. I know it is wrong but for a chapter needing money, they might not care much. At the same time, I can't stress how important why members aren't involved. Some of it can be the drama in the chapter, let alone at the physical house. Just because there is a chapter adviser, does not mean that she will be able to police the situation.

The problem with just letting her pay her dues and not come to stuff is, that sort of attitude can spread. Before you know it, you can't schedule a mixer with anyone because only 25% of your active sisters are showing up and your name is mud on campus.

Oh, duh. The Phi Mu Alpha house you would know it as. It then became the Phi Delt house. I don't know how any of the fraternities maintain housing with the small amounts of members they have.
