If ya'll can find it still... check out the International Teaser Trailer. It was on Mugglenet a couple weeks ago. You would know if you saw it because it has French (I think) subtitles at the bottom.
But the soundtrack on it just sounds better, the action seems more epic, and it's really good in surround sound. I was drooling over it when I saw it.
I was excited to see this trailer because of all the extra footage.
And I take back what I said about Katie Leung not being pretty enough to play Cho. I think she will work out just great.

I agree. When I saw her picture on the movie website, I thought it was weird because she looks a lot like the Cho that I imagined while I was reading the book.

I saw a blurb about the movie on the front of the new Disney Adventures magazine. I wonder if there's a deal between Rowling and Disney! And if so, I hope that Disney World adds a Harry Potter section--can you imagine the kinds of rides there would be?

I don't know carnation... HP's movies are Warner Brothers... I always thought Universal Studios had rights over that... or Paramount's... or something.
Though I have seen HP on Disney magazines... could be just the market though.
Though I AM waiting for some sort of harry potter amusement park ride.

Right... but Disney and Time-Warner are two different entities, correct? (I really need to dig out my media notes again...)
Sorry... long day... not trying to sound like a ditz.

Yes, one might even say competing entities.

FYI: The Goblet of Fire website was updated yesterday. Now all the icons at the bottom are active. But, they are only character and actor bios. I have to say I was a little bit disappointed by it. Here's the link:

Totally would be at Disneyworld for that opening. Some kind of Quidditch ride or TriWizard Tournament thing or a ride like Gringott's vault. It would all be amazing. Here's to wishing.

I'm afraid of rollercoasters, but maybe a Quidditch ride in the dark (like Space Mountain) where you have to go thru rings and dodge bludgers (perhaps a Virtual Reality game???). Or even a replica of Hogsmeade (put up a Honeydukes and I'm there) or a Three Broomsticks restaurant with Butterbeer. Oh - and a fake Hogwarts castle with portraits (really live people in frames) are moving about or requesting passwords before you can move to another section (they have to have the Fat Lady).
They'd make so much $$$$$ off of this.
Ok - I'm getting too excited.....

I am sooooo excited for this movie to come out! I watched the extended trailer earlier this week and it looks really, really, really, really good. I cannot wait!

I agree that the movie looks like it will be good but the more pics I see from the movie, the more I think that they are totally going to ruin it with a bunch of little changes to make it a better movie.
For example, there's a pic of the twins putting their names in the goblet (which we know didn't happen because they grew beards as soon as they stepped over the line) and a pic of Neville holding a clump of gillyweed (which we also know didn't occur).
(I saw the pics on mugglenet.com).

Saw the pic too... however didn't Neville have some gillyweed? I remember Moody had given it to him so that Dobby could steal it to give to Harry... or at least that was the original plan. I forget what Harry actually had to steal from Snape's office in book 4.
