I'm in Mexico this week and was watching the coverage in Spanish. Couldn't hear what they were saying, but the titles on the screen were painfully clear. My heart hurts for all the students of VT and their families. My prayers go to them.

Sisters or not, my prayers are with the family & friends of those lost at Virginia Tech today. May this never, ever happen again.

Just read in the greek life forum that a sister was injured in the shootings. She is in the hospital. Obviously no word on her condition.
Let us keep her and everyone else in our thoughts and prayers

I just provided an update- our sister is ok- she was injured in the shooting but is ok- read the letter from the Chapter Advisor under the Candlelight Vigil thread...

EO sent a communication that all Eta Pi sisters are present and accounted for. One was injured and is recovering from surgery.

I personally dont know this family but the accident occurred not to far from where I live and I cant even imagine what those parents are going through. My heart breaks every time I think of it.
