Makes sense. The HSM cult's big bucks. It's unlikely that HSM3 would be nearly as succesful as 1&2 if they got rid of Gabriella.
The only problem I have with that statement is "The picture is not salacious." Okay, maybe she wasn't a porn-star-in-the-making, but the girl was naked. I know you're trying to skate over the situation but pull back a bit.
I think it's a good idea to just do nothing. After the millionth pun, people will forget about this.
