Any thoughts on last night's episode?

Don't worry if you didn't see it...MTV's already replayed twice today and I'm sure they'll air it again 234902384234 more times before Monday.

You didn't miss much...just them determining team captains, the rules of the game, and the explosion from the damned Brit (the one they showed in the commercials).

And dang...? I didn't know Aneesa was THAT trashy.

It's going to be the usual season of drama

I was shocked by the "twist" of the losing team having to send their captain to the gauntlet, with the challenger being voted on by the winning team - does anyone else see that becoming yet another drama point?

Jo was - interesting - last night.

Derrick seems to become more of an asswipe with each new challenge.

Sad to see Adam go (he was one of my favorites), but what he said at his departure was right on:

"At least Jo was the first one to leave this time..not me!"

Obviously I didn't get all the details last week

I think it's even better this way - it does make each "win" more than just about the money or the individual prize, since before even the winning team could lose one of their teammates.

I was hoping Adam would knock Derrick out last night - I originally liked Derrick, but he is become much more of a problem with each challenge he finds himself on...I could see him becoming the new Miz, Coral, Veronica, etc.

I saw the first like 15 minutes of the first eppy last night.

What was the issue with Jo? I thought it was pretty funny that one of the rookie girls said she was glad Jo became the captain because she was so levelheaded. (This was after I saw the previews for the next episode in which Jo goes completely psycho and calls the cops). Why did she call the cops?

She claimed that the others in the house were "manhandling" her and that she needed them to come and get her out of there, and she was going to stay in her room until they arrived and took her out.

Please tell me she decided to leave or that she was sent to the gauntlet and was booted.

She left with a police escort.

I really want to know what is behind her freakout - it just came out of nowhere.

Wasn't it the chocolate sauce on the floor in her bedroom that started it? Or did that come later?

Well, yeah. But I mean - to get as psycho as she got over food on the floor? What did she expect at a challenge?

Yeah he actually did. I remember hearing that but I can't remember what his specific reason for doing it was.
