Hey Janel,

Lisa just told me that she talked to you over this. It's pretty cool. I wish we could all get together and relive some of our times. I miss them. Remember when we photocopied the bread to make it look like an ass?

For those of you reading this who don't know me, I'm Melissa Thorwart. I graduated in December 98 and pledged the Spring of 95. You might have heard my name brought up in stories along with Janel and Jed DeHart. We weren't that bad were we?

Hey,

I heard about this from Lisa so I thought I'd check it out. I'm Melissa and I pledged in the Spring of 95. I feel old now. I graduated from Clarion in Fall of 98. I had some of the best times being a part of that sorority because of the friends I made.

yeah I have only been an alumnae coordinator for about 6 months, its kinda fun to get to know sisters from all over! Isnt this site cool? By the way I think we are staying at the loomis this weekend, it won't be the same w/o you there!! we'll have to relive our fun times soon!!

Hi janel, i hope everything is going good. I am sorry i haven't written back. I have been really busy then i decided to get sick on top of that. I just didn't want you thinking that i forgot about you. Well i hope everything is going good. By the way i was wondering if ou could fill me in with my family history, like who was your big and stuff like tha, and what type of traditions did you guys have in your family? Melissa,
I forgot about the bread until you mentioned it (old age). We did a lot of crazy stuff. I'm very careful about eating brownies...you never know what's in them. At least the stuff we put in them is legal.

Are you sure you would have wanted to get mixed up with us? We were "bad". We had a lot of fun and I have the pictures to prove it.

I hope you're feeling better. I'm not the best source of information on our family. I only know as far back as my big Katherine Herring and my 2big Kristen Warner. We didn't have any traditions that I'm aware of but it's never too late to start.

Spring of 95 huh! That makes you what...22? I'm still young at heart myself but my bedtime comes around 9 and the beer doesn't go down as well anymore.

Jess,

That was just one of the many crazy things Janel and I did. The sisters got a copier one year and they decided to put it by the downstairs bathroom. I lived in C and Janel lived in D. Janel, DeHart, and I were kinda the rebels at that time. We got in lots of trouble, but we had fun and weren't afraid to. How is the chapter doing? What's been going on. I still got that picture of me, you, and Karen in our toilet papering gear! Remember drawing the ghost on the road with the spray paint and going trick or treating to that one guy's house that I thought was hot. Well back to another boring day at work

22...I thought I was still around 20. Quit trying to make me older. But yes, bedtime is around 10 and when, if ever, I do go out I'm ready to go home by 11 and one drink makes me sick. How did we used to do that.

I'm not sure if you are who I'm thinking of. I really wasn't around too much when you pledged, but Terry Fuchs is my 2-little. What are you doing now? My life so far has been pretty good. I've got a good job and a great boyfriend, finally! Tell me more about you. I can't really do the chat thing because I don't have aol and no computer at home. I only have access at work. Long haired Mike's roomate was pretty hot! Where did we paint that ghosty anyway? I also have the incriminating TP pictures, proof that we did not do it alone. Get back to work!

i can't believe you remembered long hair's name. i was trying to think of it. those roll ups they gave us were pretty good. we painted the ghost right out front of the theta xi house that was by the tri sig house. i believe it was right after we tp'd shaft's car.
