I think Mizzou has some pretty gorgeous houses...though I am definitely biased.

I've looked for pictures before but am too lazy to do it now.

However I think that Kappa Kappa Gamma, Beta Theta Pi, AXO, Alpha Kappa Lambda, and LXA/Sigma Chi (it's really Sig Chi's house but LXA lives there) have some of the most BEAUTIFUL houses I've ever seen. Beta, AKL, and LXA look like your "typical" fraternity houses with large white columns and lots of brick...I love them. And AKL is actually not TOO bad on the inside...or at least the first floor anyway. The upstairs maybe not so much but that's to be expected.

Phi Kappa Theta also has a gorgeous house I think, as do DG, Chi O, and Theta.

I have to change my mind... i don't think Bama has the nicest houses anymore - despite being gorgeous, SMU's beat everything i've seen so far...

if anyone has pictures of fraternity houses at USC or UCLA, i'd love to see them. the chapter's websites have next to nothing

Most of UA's houses look the same, but the Pi Phi house is beautiful. Roll Tide!

I love the Row here -- I'm sure it's not the most beautiful but there are some amazing houses and sooo much character. The pictures online don't do it justice. In particular I'm a fan of Gamma Phi, Kappa and DG for sororities, and Chi Phi (used to be a church!), Kappa Sig and Lodge for the fraternities. I love the Sigma Pi house too, although it it's nowhere near Greek Row -- it is beautiful. Having a lake in our backyards is a nice bonus too. All of the houses have so much history -- there are great stories behind them.

I think Georgia and Oklahoma have some beautiful houses, as does SMU -- although for the most part, I prefer the older houses.

I heard the DZ house at OU is pretty, though.
It is not what is on the outside that counts, but what is inside that counts!

I'd add the ADPi, Tri Delta and Chi O houses as being different. And except for the six pack, the fraternities are all rather unique. Well except for the new Sig Ep and Sigma Chi houses. They are "different" but similar in style.

Now the old Sigma Chi house was a gem!

none of the houses at bama look the same!!! each sorority and fraternity house looks completely different from every other one on campus!!!! and pi phi does have a beautiful house but their house is only a few years old (their old one was torn down due to expanding the stadium) and is much more modern in apperance whereas the other houses have been there for several decades. but if you are ever in tuscaloosa come and drive around sorority row and fratenity lane and you can see just how beautiful bama really is!!!!

Thumbs up Beautiful Houses

Western Carolina University is currently building a greek village. Its supposed to be done in August and Im sooooo excited, yay . You can check out artist's renderings and blueprints on "greeklife.wcu.edu".

Oh, and just for the record, Alpha Chi Omega (Zeta Omega) got all of the upgrades (and one of the 3 houses to even get upgrades) including hardwood floors, crown molding, nice non-campus furniture, etc. We are very excited, hehe

Based on the pics I like the houses at U. of Washington, Penn State, and Cornell. I also like the old pics from Amherst. The houses are all unique.

The schools with greek villages have some great houses but the think I don't like about villages is almost every house looks the same. http://www.inform.umd.edu/CampusInfo...gs/fraternity/
In sorority girl talk it would be like going to the prom and you have the best dress but 5 other girls show up with the same dress.

I vote for L.S.U.

I can't believe no one's mentioned LSU. Those sorority houses are all gorgeous and the setting around the lake is really pretty. I couldn't find a picture of the row, but here's the Chi Omega house.
