Good question. There is a whole thread that goes into that here:

D Phi E's largest chapter is probably the University of Florida with around 170.

I believe our largest chapter is James Madison...they have around 150 I think. After that would be Truman State & Northwest Missouri (or maybe it's Southwest...always get these confused).

I know the Phi Mu's here are the biggest and probably one of the top 5 chapters in the country.
Yeah, while I was in Oxford this weekend we were talking about this and no one seemed to know how many members we had. I guess when all of the sororities have so many members its hard to keep up. All of the pledge classes are so large that I'm sure it comes down to which ones keep their members for 4 years.

Alpha Omicron Pi was one of the weaker sororities when I was at IU the first time around...they never met quota back then and even reorganized in hopes of improving before the chapter was closed initially. For them to be the largest sorority on campus now and to be as strong as they are...that just speaks VOLUMES to the people who worked on the colonization and the ladies who are members now. Great job!

Miami of Ohio should be on the list of largest ADPi chapters. We are currently at 186 members.

I don't have ZTA's numbers (Barbara maybe?) but I would assume that our largest chapters are at U of Texas, Auburn, Clemson, U of Florida, U of Central Florida, Florida State, U of Georgia, U of South Carolina, and U of Alabama.

What about the ZTA chapter at Mississippi State in Starkville, MS? I visited their house last Spring and they seemed pretty darn big to me!

This has nothing to do with the subject, but can I just say that they have such an awesome group of girls!! Zeta Day was in Starkville this year and they were wonderful hosts!

As far as ZTA chapters, I would think Texas is the largest.
