In a nutshell you tape movies and shows with a regular tape recorder located near the TV instead of having a regular VCR. So you have great sound, but no video. An ACR (audio cassette recorder) if you will.

Yes indamndeed. I do remember that. Hell I learned my spanish numbers from Sesame Street. What about that box that use to close and open in Spanish, Obieto... Cerrado. Those were the days...

What about when Sam Malone (Cheers) and Dan Fielding (Night Court) were the biggest players of all time...

What about those Super Hero cartoons with the Hall of Justice and the Legion of Doom.
Not to mention some guy who narrarated the whole story for you in case you didn't know what was goin on...

What about those THUNDAR the Barbarian episodes.

What about MANIMAL. That guy that could turn into any animal.

And yes, last but not least, the GREATEST AMERICAN HERO. The white guy who use to fly all flicted and always crashed into something when he landed.

I got a few!

Ladies, remember the bomb hairstyle was wearing your hair long on one side, but real short on the other? You had it flipped, feathered and you hair was like "butter."

Wearing headbands, you know the cotton stretchy ones.

Playing "Off the Wall." Either you or somebody threw the ball against the side of a building and you had like ten other kids in the back of you tryna catch it?
