Yeah, I've cheated in the past. Nothing that I've ever actually sought out and persued....it just sort of happened.

I don't regret it at all because it ended up not working out anyway. After a while, I stopped caring when the relationship became stagnant. Come to find out the asshole slept with 5 other chicks even before I cheated on him.

It's not as if I planned to cheat. I was once one of those "never cheated...never will". Unless you have psychic abilities, you won't ever know if you will actually "never cheat".

I don't think I'm a bad person because of it, and I don't think others should judge me because of it as well.

That being said, and taking into consideration all the FUN I've been having these past few years, I have a feeling it'll be a long time before I find myself in a committed relationship again.

With my last boyfriend, he cheated on me NUMEROUS times...I still wish I would have cheated on him when I had the chance once he "came back" and was good for a week. Heh.

No I've never cheated. I Never will. I've been cheated on though. I was with this girl from Cincinatti, OH. and everything seemed cool at school, but when I went back to Minnesota for the summer, things started to change. I hadn't heard from her all summer, so I dumped her when I got back to school. Eventually, she called her mom, and her mom came up to the school to try to get me to go back with her daughter, but I suspected something, so I said no. Well later on, her best friend told me everything that she had been doing while we were togehter. I wasn't surprised because my fraternity brothers kept telling me she wasn't any good. I was glad to be out of that one. Like they always say, Ya can't trust a big butt and a smile.

I still wouldn't cheat if I was in a committed relationship though.

Never have.
And I have twice been in situations that I could have very easily caused a person to cheat (one on her boyfriend, the other one on her husband)

The good angle on my shoulder stopped me.
However, to this day, the devil on my other shoulder does ask me why?

I'm also of the opinion that the old adage "Once a cheater, always a cheater" is not true.

I cheated in a previous relationship...and vowed to never do it again. I still feel guilty over it. Recently I was on the other end of the relationship and was cheated on...again, I know that never again will I do that to someone.

My feeling is that if you don't care/love someone enough to stay committed/faithful then it's not even worth being in a relationship with that person. Ending it will be better for both of you.

I also have no respect for anyone that knowingly is with someone that is in a relationship. Especially the people that actively pursue someone that they know is in a relationship. Karma is a bitch and it will come back.

No, I would never do that. Even if my SO did it to me(it has happened before), I just can't picture myself being unfaithful. It's just not in me. I don't understand why people do it anyway. What's the point? A lot of people I know think its cute, and quite frankly, its just asinine. If you don't want to be with that person, just say so. I mean,damn.

Yeah, I'd like to actually hear someone say "oh cheating is adorable, I do it all the time." I don't know of anyone who thinks cheating is cute.

I agree. If you'd rather date someone else, break up with the person you're with. Do it out of respect for them, respect for the other person, and respect for yourself. By respecting yourself, I don't mean just not feeling guilty. I also mean that if you do cheat, people will always have that in the back of their minds about you. Some people will, at least.

So no, I've never cheated. I'm in love with my boyfriend and have been for over four years.
