dressing
cranberry sauce

green bean casserole

pumpkin pie

For 2 adults and 2 kids (one of whom will only eat the corn and cranberry sauce, so he'll probably get some chicken nuggets too)

We are actually not having turkey this year. We're going to my in-laws (yay, I don't have to cook! ). They're preparing lamb chops (yum!), saffron rice, mixed veggies, and a salad. We're bringing a bottle of wine and a chocolate cake.

Happy Thanksgiving all!

I love when you have so many sides you can only fit about a tablespoon of each on your plate.

As for me, I had:
Turkey stuffed with Garlic
Gravy
Green beans
Mashed potatos
stuffing
rolls
Pumpkin Pie
Diet Sprite.
I didnt even think about sweet tea. Whats wrong with me?

The best part: ALL the damn leftovers are for me. No counting calories today. Tomorrow tho, extra time at the gym.

It's a good time to bump it up in case anyone is looking for ideas for Thanksgiving.

Any ideas for a cold side dish that isn't a salad? I wasn't sure if bread was in its own category.

jello. Especially that pretzel jello with the cream cheese. I'm craving that stuff lately and have to wait until our holiday potluck at work to get some.

Oh Jello is good. Their website has a lot of recipes. Or how about snacks/appetizer type recipes like dips or cheese spreads and bread.
