I watched again

and Micheal's FAKE tears had me CTHU! Brat said Jamie looks like the Joker except her smile is upside down. She was so serious I fell out. She looked at me like

Thier taste in fashion sucks big time!

I was CU too when Michael was crying!! When Ally stood next to her father after graduation, I was CTFU. There teeth are so HUGE!!! They took up like half the screen!!

These girls have WAY too many probelms to be so young. Especially that Jaime.

Does anyone else feel like Jamie has NO pride at all whatsoever? What was with her following Mike and his GF around? Mike's tears were definitely FAKE! He just didn't wanna ride the bus home! What a buncha babies!

Has anyone been watching this show?

Last week's episode was a trip because Tommy Hilfigger took Ally and Jamie to check out his Summer clothing line and critique it. So, these little binches roll up in there and basically dog out everything that the designers worked so hard to put together.

Did y'all see the expressions on the design team's faces as Ally and Jamie were cutting down everything they created.

Yeah, but were they right? I didn't see the epsiode last night, so I can't say, but if the clothes were ugly and they said they were ugly then I ain't mad at 'em.

I have to admit that fashion-wise the two girls, while not MY personal style, do embody the trends- ever since the episode showing Ally wearing ugg boots, I have seen the damn things EVERYWHERE, and the prices on ebay have SKYROCKETED.

I wouldn't ask their opinions on rocket science, but they probably do have some good ideas about fashion.

For some reason, today's episode had me thinking Ally might not be so bad. She didn't even know what couture was until last year, which is not what I expected. I expected her to be Paris hilton-like with more sense maybe. Who knows?? I probably won't catch another episode though. I only watched this one by mistake. But that first one still had me

also is she the same daughter who was recently arrested for heroine possession???

I hate to admit it, but I really like Rich Girls. Boyfriend and I watch it all the time. I must say though, I am pleasantly surprised by these two and had totally unfounded views on what the show would be before I even saw. I was thinking that the girls would be buying $5,000 tank tops every other day. I was surprised when they went shopping at Urban Outfitters (one of my favorite stores). It is a little overpriced, but not out of the reach of most people.

I also liked that they seemed to have more of a worldview than most peopole. It was nice to see them trying to get a fundraiser together for people in Ethiopia.

One thing that I question about this show is how genuine the awarness of their privilege is. It seems like every episode Jaime is talking about how blessed she is and how she doesn't take her money for granted. It comes off as contrived.

Ok... I really don't watch this show very often but I was last night and when Jaime was at home with her mom and was complaining about her computer...there in the background was a young looking AfAm male and a small child. This threw me off guard because I was not expecting to see that in thier house ( I know that sounds really bad) ... Does anybody know what the deal is? My goofier half stated that he was probably Jaime's mom's lover and lover child...but i'm not sure I buy that....
Anybody know?

I totally missed that (the guy and child in background). It cracks me up how Jaimie's aunt was going off about the earrings: "They are gorgeous. Really gorgeous. I mean, they are just gorgeous. They are gorgeous on HER." Reminded me of the "you took our LIMO. But you guys took our LIMO. It is our LIMO. You can't just take someone's LIMO."

I admit it- I like those girls. They are not the brightest bulbs in the bunch but they have good hearts.

Last night when Jamie broke down after her Mom started talking about her MS my heart REALLY went out to her. It sometimes seems like Jamie is the adult in that relationship.

I was really thinking the same thing on the "dog" episode where Jamie's clueless mother went out and bought Jamie a $2500 Prada purse and then didn't have enough money for the dog's operation. I was like WTF is really going on.

If i recall,,,,,,,,,,Jamie said she didn't HAVE to return the bag, but she felt bad keeping it b/c the dog was sick and needed such expensive car. and her mom bought the purse b4 the dog got sick.

on the baby issue.... i didn't see dude in the background, but I know they bought a life like doll at FAO and it was, ummmmm, tan in complexion. Since then, Jamie's mom has been carrying it.

by the way, I took last week off work, and i spent time watching mtv while i was doing stuff around the house. i'm not addicted to MTV, I swear, I'm not, and no one can prove anything!
