Okay y'all I was watching Entertainment Tonight and they interviewed a plastic surgeon to find out what was up with Wacko Jacko's nose.
He said that the bandage (glad he cleared that up for me) ccould mean one of two things:
1. Mike has AGAIN had plastic surgery on his nose!
OR
2. His nose is seriously damaged. (Okay tell me something I didn't know)
Anyway, I'm going for the second reason. BTW, did anyone else know that bandage was there or was I again having one of my clueless moments?

When the pic was first posted I didn't realize he had a band-aid on his nose. When I saw Inside Edition and they said it was a band-aid then I could see that it was. I just thought his nose was malfunctioning umm hmm. It's all so jacked up anyway so I couldn't tell the beige band-aid from his beige, brown, white, red indented triangle nostril nose. I didn't know he has no feeling in the end of his nose and has a prothesis.

J. Lo Sued over perfume name
Friday, Nov 8, 2002, 1:43 pm EST
Lopez sued over perfume name
Associated Press
-----------------------------
LOS ANGELES (AP) - It might have seemed like a bright idea when Jennifer Lopez agreed to name her new line of perfume "Glow by J. Lo," but the folks at Glow Industries are taking a dimmer view.
The name represents a trademark infringement, according to the Los Angeles-based company, which sells scented products, including a perfume called Glow.
The company, which filed suit in August, went to court Thursday seeking a preliminary injunction stopping Lopez and fragrance partner Coty Inc. from using the name until the matter is resolved.
Attorney Lisa Pearson, who represents Lopez and Coty, argued that the two product lines are packaged and sold to different buyers. Lopez` perfume, lotion and shower gel are found in department stores, she said, while Glow`s bath and body products are sold in specialty stores.
Pearson also pointed out that the names aren`t exactly the same.
"The name is a composite," she said of Glow by J. Lo. "And these are two different genres of products."
U.S District Judge Margaret Morrow ordered both sides to return to court Dec. 6 for another pretrial hearing.
"At this point, she may want us to submit additional evidence on how my client`s business will suffer severely between now and the trial if the injunction is not granted," Glow attorney Arthur Aaronson said.

Police raid "Suge" Knight offices

Police raid "Suge" Knight offices
AAP
-----------------------------
US police have raided the offices and home of rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight as part of an apparent crackdown on Los Angeles gangland murders, police and lawyers said.
Five people were arrested in the dawn raids, including two at the plush Beverly Hills headquarters of Knight`s former Death Row Records, now called Tha Row Records, Los Angeles County Sheriff`s department officials said.
The searches in Los Angeles and the gambling haven of Las Vegas were aimed at recovering weapons that may have been used in killings by Los Angeles` notorious gang networks, whose activities have spread to Las Vegas.
"Investigators are seeking additional evidence related to several homicides and conspiracy to commit murder," said Sergeant Joe Efflandt.

Two Actors Face Child Porn Charges
Nov 16, 7:16 AM EST
LOS ANGELES (AP) — A year-old pornography investigation has led to the filing of criminal charges against two Hollywood actors: Paul Reubens, best known as Pee-wee Herman, and veteran character actor Jeffrey Jones of "Ferris Bueller's Day Off."
Reubens was charged with one misdemeanor count of possessing materials depicting children under the age of 18 engaged in sexual conduct, said Ana Garcia, a spokeswoman with the City Attorney's office. He surrendered to authorities Friday and was released on $20,000 bail.
Jones, who played the uptight principal and comic foil to Matthew Broderick in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," was charged with hiring a 14-year-old boy to pose for sexually explicit photos — a felony — as well as misdemeanor possession of child pornography. He was freed on $20,000 bond after surrendering Thursday.
Reubens, 50, and Jones, 56, are acquaintances and both cases stem from the same police investigation, said Los Angeles County District Attorney spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons.
"Los Angeles Police Department brought us both cases at the same time in connection with an investigation," Gibbons said Friday.
Reubens could face as much as a year in jail and a $2,500 fine if convicted. If Jones is convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and would have to register as a sex offender for life.
"This is all about photos. There's no allegations of any touching or any improper acts with a minor," Jones' attorney, Jeffrey Brodey, told the Los Angeles Times. "This will be resolved very quickly so he can get on with his life and get back to work."
Brodey did not return a call from The Associated Press on Friday.
Reubens' attorney, Blair Berk, dismissed the charge against his client as "simply untrue and without merit."
"Mr. Reubens has never at any time knowingly possessed any artwork from his extensive vintage and antique art collection even remotely related to anything improper," Berk said in a statement.
Jones is to be arraigned next Thursday. Reubens' arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 19.
Authorities searched the homes of both men on Nov. 16, 2001, according to the offices of the district and city attorneys. The statute of limitations on the misdemeanors would have run out Saturday if charges had not been filed.
Reubens pleaded no contest to an indecent exposure charge in 1991 after he was arrested in Sarasota, Fla., for allegedly exposing himself in a movie theater.
After that plea, Reubens' long-running "Pee-wee Herman Show" was canceled and his star faded, although he has had supporting roles in a number of films since, including "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Blow."
Jones has appeared in dozens of films, including "Amadeus," "Ed Wood" and "Beetlejuice."
