However, the school is not allowing us to recruit. After one year, we (the greeks in general) will be re-evaluated and may be allowed to exist a 2nd year w/out recruitment. The idea is that we will die out slowly that way, and we can't pin them w/ violating our Freedom to Associate.
Isn't this contradictory? Not allowing recruitment WON'T pin Alfred with Freedom to Associate violations? Sounds like a certain law in Virginia that MANDATED a VOLUNTARY program in schools a few years back...it doesn't make sense.
