Rochester posted their new member photo on facebook and mentioned that they got quota +5. If all the new members are in the photo, then there are 23 new members and quota was 18. (This sounds like an SAT question )

Anyway, congrats to the ladies at the University of Rochester. I will record their results as 23/18 unless someone posts more reliable info.
