Hopefully some of those will be agreeable to you. I really liked the first one. Makes it clear what it is, anyway.
Thanks for looking and posting

I really love #2!

I've looked, and the stuff that can pass for a quill that I find isn't cute. Yeah, we can do a rose, but that's generic. Yeah there's teddy bears, but I'm not 5.

Sigh.
I feel your pain! Our real symbol is the lamp, but it's hard to find anything that doesn't look like Aladdin.

We have roses (which I love) and turtles, but to me Delta Zeta will always be our lamp.

I looked and this is what I could find.

I liked the last one best. Almost all of them said "Aladdin" in their listings though. Hopefully one works for you!

For all of you loathing not being able to locate your symbols, I truly feel AChiO (lyre) and Phi Mu (quatrefoil) have it the worst by far. No cute cuddle animals, just some rare symbols.

And the bait I do take. I love shopping for people who aren't me, haha.

And what I could find for quatrefoils. Quite a difficult shape to find, I might say. But so beautiful too.

Went and searched for this the other day because I remembered there were some great finds, and thought I'd revive it with some additions.

I've found some great charms at dogeared.com for so many sorority friends.

Besides the kites I posted earlier, there are sailboats (two kinds, actually), anchors, fleur de lis, keys, elephants, angel wings and arrows, doves (the URL says seagull, but it looks like a dove and came up with all the other dove stuff), skulls, crescent moons (if it's facing the wrong way, you can always wear it backwards!), ladybugs, plus a feather that some alpha xi deltas might call a quill, and a lot of other symbols that locals or families might use or some chapters might have as unofficial symbols. For those who were searching for lamps, here you can custom order charms on different colors of silk thread, and one of the options is a genie lamp, and here you can do the same thing with a chain.

the links I posted were the first ones that came up, but usually the charms come in gold or sterling silver, and include either a matching chain (more expensive) or silk threads in different colors (I noticed for Sigma Kappas that the dove comes on a lavender thread). They also have bracelets in addition to the necklaces. I sound like a spokesperson, but I was really happy with the quality of my gold-dipped kite and I always get compliments on it from sisters. The charms are pretty dainty and subtle so I'll probably even wear mine as an alumna.
