Phi Mu's national headquarters is in Peachtree City, Georgia. It is home to both Phi Mu Fraternity and Phi Mu Foundation. The 31,672 square foot National Headquarters houses a Leadership Training Center, library, conference rooms and office space. The National Headquarters also contains a museum, along with numerous Phi Mu artifacts and memorabilia spanning throughout our 153 year history. It is located not too far from where our Alpha Chapter was founded at Weslyean College in Macon.

With Peachtree City not being too far from Atlanta, Alpha Delta Pi's Executive Office, Foundation, and Museum is located in Atlanta. Our Alpha Chapter was also founded at Wesleyan College in Macon, not far down the interstate. The Macon Magnolias do tend to think the same!
Also, I always thought that so many GLOs had HQs in Indianapolis due to its central location. Obviously, the tax incentives helped, too!

SAE was founded at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and for the first few years was headquartered in the south through a "Grand Chapter" heirarchy. Later on the headquarters was moved to the vicinity of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, just outside of Chicago. The singular reason for this was a man named Billy Levere, after whom our headquarters building is named (Levere Memorial Temple). He was recruited into our Illinois Psi-Omega Chapter at Northwestern and throughout his life ended up being a huge force within the Fraternity, eventually holding virtually every national office possible. Apart from the names of our eight Founders, Billy Levere's name is one of the very few others that are taught to our pledges with nearly equal esteem.

As previously stated, Kappa Alpha Theta's International Headquarters is in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our Alpha Chapter is nearby at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
The same also applies for Alpha Chi Omega.

ZBT HQ was first housed on the campus of Columbia University in 1903. In 1909, the HQ was moved 2 blocks away from Columbia University to a large office as the fraternity grew and added more staff members. The HQ stayed basically in that general area until 1971 when ZBT took over the Phi Sigma Delta HQ near NYU after the merger. In 1987 the HQ moved back to the area near Columbia University, and in 1995 it was voted by the Grand Surpreme Council and National Assembly to re-locate the HQ to Indianapolis, Indiana where is currenty resides today.
Z.B.T. Society was founded at Columbia University in 1898 and the Grand Alpha Chapter was established at CCNY in 1903 when it changed to a Greek-Letter Fraternity.

I was in the Kappa HQ once and it is amazing. It is on the National Register of Historic Places and was build in the mid 1800s. It is open for tours, however I never took one.
