Highs: I'm back in Indianapolis and ready to do my two externships: one at a school and one at a rehabiltation hospital. I like my new apartment! Also, I'm a bridesmaid in a sister's wedding, and dress fittings are on Thursday.
Lows: I'm still not done with Christmas shopping, and I have a feeling it's going to be hectic in the malls. I hate snow, and I'm nervous about working in a school. I'm not trained in that area (...I'm a rehab kinda girl!) so I feel a little unprepared.

We can't let this thread die y'all!
Highs: Back at W&L for a few days, saw a good friend from high school this weekend.
Lows: Going through a lot of personal life stuff lately. Still trying to figure out relationships. I thought this would be easier at 23!

Highs: I'm almost done with my M.A.! Right now I'm finishing my first internship at a school. It looks like I may have a job lined up, and in four short months I'll be married.
Lows: I'm getting over a small case of strep, so I'm pretty tired. This is my last week at the school, and I'm going to miss my kids. I need more time in my day since I have a lot of work to do, and I don't get to see Jeremy very often.
ETA: I forgot one high! I'll be joining the AAC for Indiana Beta (IU chapter) in August.
ETA #2: I forgot another BIG high! Jeremy announced recently where we'll be going for our honeymoon: Paris with a quick stop in London!!

Oh my goodness it's been awhile since I last posted!
Highs:
-Only 5 days left of my last externships...aka I'll have my M.A. after Friday!
-My close friend's wedding is on June 10th. I can't wait to be a bridesmaid for the first time.
-My first wedding shower is Sunday.
-I move in two weeks.
-I start my new job in a hospital in three weeks.
-My wedding is in a month and a half!
Lows:
-I'm a little sad to leave my current externship site. I've made so many great friends.
-I had to make a last minute appointment with David's Bridal since my seamstress can't bustle my dress. UGH.
-I'm sad to leave Indy, especially since most of my friends are here.

I'll start the highs/ lows and maybe some of y'all will be back from vacation soon!
I spent the weekend back home in Toledo so my highs/ lows will be related to the trip
High: Went to an art fair with my sister (also a Pi Phi) and saw 4 of my Pi Phi chapter sisters, one of whom I hadn't seen since she moved to Chicago (10 + years ago) and I moved to Dallas.... I kept telling my ChiO niece that in 20 years, she'd understand our excitement in renewing friendships.
Low: My father moved from assisted living to the nursing home section of the retirement community where he and mom have lived for the past 5 years. Mom is still in an apartment. Parents aging is NOT fun.

Let me jump in too!!
Highs: I've started working just 4 days a week to stay home more with the baby (who turns 8 months this week!) and we're headed to the beach all next week with both of our families.
Lows: my doggie has fleas

Yup, I'm still around. Life is crazy!
Highs: I started my new job in a hospital. I love my co-workers, and it's great to finally get a pay check. My bachelorette party is Saturday, and my wedding is next Saturday! I'm excited, and I'm very excited to visit Paris for a week on the honeymoon. Also, I'm officially on Pi Phi AAC for Indiana Beta. I'll be serving as the counterpart to VP Membership, which should be fun.
Lows: Work is stressful. This is my third week on the job, and I spent most of this week being the only therapist in the hospital. I'm also getting sleep deprived from stress and excitement over the wedding. Also, my TMJ is acting up.
Wedding in t-minus 8 days...eek!

wow I havent been on this site in forever but,
Highs: Being accepted into a program at The Art Institute of Chicago (I'm starting in a week!!!) Moving to Chicago and living with my wonderful boyfriend (who is also greek....TKE), reconnecting with some long lost friends at fun Chicago cafes (there's no shortage of them here!), and being happy.
Lows: Having a filling redone because it was about 10 years old and it was time, and then going for Thai food right after that and having to constantly dab my numbed up mouth with my napkin!

Congrats, Maggie... that is a great opportunity. I love the Chicago Art Institute! If you run into Jenny Geiger, let her know you're a Pi Phi (she's an Ohio Epsilon, a year behind me). She worked there for ~15 years.

Hey girls. I'm still around but have been super busy. But, I think it's time for an update.
Highs: I'm enjoying married life. I love my job and my co-workers. We also recently adopted a new little kitten, Oscar.
Lows: Jeremy still hasn't found a new job, so we're stuck living in a town and apartment we hate. We're hoping to move closer to my job so I don't have to drive as much every day. My grandma has been pretty ill, so I get nervous every time my cell phone rings. I miss my parents alot, mainly because I don't get to see/talk to them as much as I used to. I love my job, but on some days I have to work 10 hour shifts, but I don't enjoy. (At least I get paid for it!)
Now, here are links to my wedding pictures. Enjoy!

Congratulations, erniegurl!
highs: The Tri Delt who was Panhellenic president when I was the assistant advisor at MSU came into town. We hadn't seen each other since the seventies! Yea for old Panhellenic friendships!
lows: since her son was in town to play my school in soccer, we went to the game and got caught in a downpour. By the end of the week, I had a vicious cold.
