lol, I don't get grossed out about a woman's body going through the cycle, but you wouldn't catch my mouth anywhere near the southern border during that time. It just isn't appealing to me at all....

There's this really nifty new product called Instead. It's not a tampon, but more like, well... a plug. It's the same concept as a diaphragm (though not to be used for birth control). You put it in and you can leave it for up to twelve hours. Throw it in, take a shower and "clean up" and nobody'll be the wiser.

That's got nothing to do with whether a woman is in the mood during that week or so. I know if I were sitting there eating chocolate, feeling bloated, and taking Midol every four hours for cramps, and a guy started coming on to me, I'd tell him to screw off in no uncertain terms. You've got to be kidding. But if a woman wants to get her groove on and the timing's not perfect, there are definitely options.

uh yeah... thats why when i have my period and cramps - i go to the gym and work my butt off.

i won't even put my finger in my mouth when i ge a paper cut and bleed a little - no way in hell i would want or let a guy down there while bleeding. ew ew ewww.

I agree with amycat - very sexy when a man takes all of you.

And I know (from experience - sorry, TMI???) the pill makes many women's periods very short and realatively non-messy. Never have a problem with sex at that time. The other act, well, maybe the guy has to alter his "approach and stay above a certain point...but it can be done gross-out free!!!

Okay, I know guys that love doing that no matter what time of the month.
That being said-
HELL NO! Don't go near there with your tongue. Now you can do the deed during it- which by the way, does relieve cramps and gives your hormones a nice pick me up, and really ladies, you only lose two tablespoons a month, so it isn't like you have a freaking geyser down there trying to thrust him out... you barely have some spilt ketchup. So the deed isn't so dirty then..... just a little more than usually, and really it isn't like you don't leave a wet spot, just make sure you put a tee shirt or towel underneath (unless you are on his sheets and then who cares!) to catch the color!

Okay, I hope some of you got the great visual I did when I actually thought about the period geyser!
