But the drinks were one night (last week's episode), they went to the wedding the next day with hangovers and then got down and dirty on the sober tip.

So far, the show will be returning.
I like Girlfriends, but this season was ridiculous. However, it seems that the season finale made everyone change in some sort of way. It's hard to explain....
1. Joan and William may be able to move on from being best firends/silly goofballsnow that they have had the experience. They need to get Joan a real man and do something with William. I am tired of his idiotic routine.
2. Lynn might see that the hippie movement has ended that she needs to stop giving away free sex. She needs a man too.
3. Toni can get rid of Todd because he is not what she needs. She really can raise that baby on her own. She might mature now that she has to think about someone other than herself.
4. Maya and Darnell finally got back together!! Now she won't be so uptight all the time and Jabari won't have to be sent to juvie hall.

Damn, I'm really upset thatI missed the finaly ep for the season...Now I'm going to have to watch for it for the rerun during the summer, and hopefully they will show it.

I am glad that they have created a story line for Lynn and Toni to make them grow up.
I really believe that they will both grow from their experiences this year.
Only time will tell.

I thought that whole lesbian and Lynn and fiance was a hoax. Now I just see it as bogus as hell.

Sigh...I feel so sad b/c I love Girlfriends so much. But, it's time for the show to end. Tonite's premiere was just DEAD AZZ WRONG! SMH. I mean, isn't Maya now banking from her book? They can't afford a bigger apartment? And Lynn..good LORD!
