i'm trying to delete this post. obviously i opened my mouth without thinking. smart meant, i was an honor student. attractive meant, i keep myeslf physically fit and i have good hygeine.

Those are definitely good things in terms of recruitment (good grades, presenting yourself well), but we can't say "you'll for sure get a bid because of those things" because we don't know that.

Don't get too bent out of shape about the posts. There is no remaining identifying information like you major. No one knows you, so you are safe. Who cares if there are some snippets left. You learned a lesson. Best of luck with recruitment. Check out the local chapter websites to see more about each chapter, and keep an open mind through recruitment. Don't let any insecurities stop you from giving recruitment a chance. This was a very MILD Greekchat admonishment!

i can't open my private messages. because of settings on my computer. if you would please delete any messages that contain direct quotes from me, I'd appreciate it. I am naive and young...and I came to this forum for wisdom and encouragement. I feel like my quotes were used to hurt and not help and I think that this forum is a great resource for kindness and encouragement from those who know. Please don't use my own words and lack of choosing better phrasology against me. thanks.
