Let's hope Miss South Carolina USA knows her geography and doesn't blow the interview.

(I grew up in NC, and now currently live in NC again, but I graduated high school and started college, and of course joined OPA in AZ!!)

She better otherwise I'm disowning her as a sister
I'm so rooting on NC (sister) and my home town girl AZ! Miss AZ USA just gave an interview and she was like "I'm coming home as Miss USA".

Heh, this thread sure shrank.
My coworker was talking about it this weekend (she went with her daughter) and she said everyone basically knew Miss Texas was going to win. She said she'd rather preferred New Jersey or Pennsylvania won because they were more down-to-earth and "real" (whatever that means when you're talking about pageants anyway...) but that it was a very cool experience. Her daughter was busy all day Thursday and some of Friday doing events with the other Miss Teen USA contestants and she said it was a good taste of what the Miss Teen USA pageant might be like for her daughter (as far as pacing and events and publicity goes).

Sorry to interrupt with this question dealing with the original subject of the thread - anyone know if Miss Oklahoma is Greek?
