There are now four different types of NPC recruitment. Formallly Structured is what you typically hear about with release figures, invitational rounds, etc. Then there's Partially Structured, Minimally Structured, and Continuous Recruitment. PSR and MSR seem to be different at every school, but typically PSR has a quota and at least one invitational, and MSR will often times not have quota or even bid matching. CR is basically like COB all the time, and there is no quota. Everyone can bid up to total.
