I watched some of the video. I don't think they were drunk at all. If you have no basis for accusing an organization of violating RM policies, please don't accuse them at all.

I mean the board forbids 'hearsay' evidence, but I've heard from some greek friends that <edited to clarify hearsay policy> Didn't mean to single out SN, I just thought it was a 'UCSD Greek tradition'. Hence why I asked SoCal for clarification...

I don't think drinking before serenades is exclusive to UCSD. Also, though not uncommon, I've never heard of it being forced on anyone. Guy or girl.

Two new articles came out today, one about the investigation, and the other an angry editorial blaming the greek adviser for conducting a poor investigation.

Both of the articles seem to have a lot of controversy from the student population based on the accusations and the angry editorial for the Greek Advisor. I know that judicial processes at UCSD take a long time and are confidential - what do these people want to see?

The greek community at UCSD is extremely upset with the Guardian (the school newspaper) due to those two articles that came out last Thursday. Some Greeks are even asking for an apology and a retraction. Unfortunately, nobody knows what is real and what is fabricated.
