Okay...why did I think this was a sequel to Snakes on a Plane? lol, I had a slow moment! Looks interesting but I will probably wait till it comes out on dvd. Can't see myself going to see this one.

I know, soror. Unfortunately, I don't have a car (anymore), so I can't take weekend road trips to B.R. or "Port City" (never been, BTW) to go see the "real" movies I love.  
Re: Nov. 10th: Yes! It'll be interesting, indeed! It's already an "event" I've been invited to on Facebook (lol)! I don't normally attend the games, but I'll guess I'll have to since it will be *SOOOOOO* momentous!

I'm excited to see it. It looks very intriguing and I can't to see more of Samuel L. Jackson with his southern accent Bible-toting self in the movie.

Just checked Fandango, soror. It will be playing...at BOTH theaters (usually movies like this just play at Tinseltown in West Monroe).  This is an opportunity I MUST seize!!!

There's a really interesting interview with the director (who also directed Hustle & Flow) on the Salon.com website. It certainly made me see the movie through new eyes. I'll probably see it tonight or tomorrow.
