My favorites as of this past episode:
Sandys -
Laura - She had a very strong performance and I really like her....but I dunno if I can picture Sandy as a brunette or her as a blonde.
Ashley S. - She's been my favorite all along and could've had a better performance this week. She also went to my high school (graduated 4 years after I did) so I'm really rooting her on.
Allie - I think she's beautiful and has a great voice but I don't think she can cut it on Broadway.
Kathleen - I've never really liked her. I dunno if it's the voice or the facial expressions but I hope she's done after next week.
Dannys - These are actually really hard for me....i can't choose...but if i had to:
Chad - He's got the whole package there....needs to grow out the hair a little....the curls might not work for me.
Max - I think Max is AWESOME! But I don't think he has the look they might be looking for. However, if I was judging on looks I'd go with my bottom guy.
Austin - Every time I see him, I think of Hayden Christensen. Wonderful voice but not sure how I feel about his acting.
Derek - He's got the look, but after the botch-job he did two weeks ago....I don't think he'll recover.

I'm still shocked they axed Kate after Kathleen had already been in the bottom before...ad probably will be again.
I am rooting for Ashley and Max. They were very good together in the couples' week!

i'm surprised they kept kathleen too. but maybe they're doing that thru the final two sandy's so america will choose who the judges really want on broadway.

I understood why they kept Kathleen. I never liked Kate and Kathleen's always been someone I really liked.
And I'm glad Max is still around. As unconventional a Danny as he is, he's still my favourite guy.

I'm a Max fan. I've "known" him since he was 11-12. . How often do you get to brag and say "I know that person!"
Out of the girls, I really like Laura. She is amazing. I hope they play around with the pairings, because the chemistry has got to be there no matter what.

I'm a total Max fan. I really hope he wins next week. I NEVER vote for these kinds of shows, but I just voted for him tonight since they said only 1% stood between him and Austen (who I can't stand) last week.
And Laura's my top pick for a girl. Hands down.

As long as Max wins, I would be happy with Ashley or Laura.

My mom and I watched it last night from our cabin. We decided that if Max didn't make it we would stop watching, needless to say we were psyched to see him make it.
Austin is just too pretty, IMPO, for the role of Danny. Plus, he had NO chemistry with Ashley. As for Laura, she was bringing it but he wasn't.
Max rocked with both of them but Laura it just worked better. They were totally playing off of each other. It was awesome.
I totally tried to vote for them last night but the lines were totally busy, which is a good sign. I really think that Max and Laura have good chances of winning, especially since all the judges were Max and Laura fans. Yeah.

I was very happy Max won! I was disappointed Ashley didn't...
but I got the feeling she knew Laura was going to win instead.
I didn't like the look of most of the supporting cast though!!!
Max and Laura are young, and those others all looked like they are 40!

I think the comment Billy Bush made to her fiancee about honeymooning in Hackensack before the decision was announced leads me to believe that he let the cat out of the bag too early. I had the same impression when they came back from commercial to announce the winner.

So I'm really hoping that they (Kathleen, et al) will release a soundtrack. I have a feeling they will because of all the people that watched the show.
I so want to go to NY and see the show now. I checked Ticketmaster and the prices range from like 72-150 bucks. Not bad for Broadway actually.
LeslieAGD- I totally agree with the supporting cast. Laura and Max look sooooo young compared to their castmates. I'm not sure when they casted them, but it was probably recently, you think they (the casting people) would have casted younger people, knowing that the show was on and whoever won the roles were younger than, what 25-26. Laura is going to look sooo young next to the actress playing Rizzo. And Max, Kinicke (did I spell that right?) is supposed to be his best friend and they are supposed to be the same age, yet the actor looks 10 years old

They did casting after Grease Academy, b/c they talked about doing it. I'm surprise with their picks as well... Max was always my fav guy so I'm SUPER happy about him. It was a toss up beween Laura and Ashley for me, but I still liked Laura more, so again I'm pleased with the picks.
