Summer's Here

the Macy's Music Festival (known to us natives and long time attendees as the Jazz Festival) will be held in Cincinnati July 28-29. performers include Earth Wind and Fire, Patti Labelle, Kem, Ciarra, among others.
the annual Black Family Reunion will be held August 18-20. our chapter, Sigma Omega, will host the Children's Pavilion complete w/games and educational activities.
if anyone has questions about these activities, let me know

I so didn't know that until I visited up there last summer. HC this isn't universally known? We asked like 10 people for directions to our hotel, only three or four of them spoke English.

I liked how everyone was so nice, I didn't expect that either, with chi being a pretty big city. They weren't afraid to talk to strangers like they are down here.

I wish I can go back this summer. Nevermind, I would like to LIVE there!
