they probably did..but that's how this site is. once things get a little heated, the mods are quick to close a hot thread. that shit doesn't get played on PP, though.

Actually, I'm not a mod in this forum. You really need to take that up with the mods in this forum. Other than that, I don't consider it my place to comment on how another mod chooses to run his or her forum (at least not here).

Just to be clear, mods only have their moderating powers in the forums to which they are assigned. My account, for example is only different from yours in that I can do certain things in the Sigma Nu and Risk Mangement forums.

There were personal attacks in the thread. The attacks were deleted and the thread closed. It doesn't matter the topic of a thread, attacks are not tolerated. Debates are not going back an forth caling the other person stupid. Warning or asking people to stop personal attacks means nothing unless it comes from the admin.
