Nope,unfortunately it is not a joke,he is very serious. Fred Phelps has been a blight on the people of Kansas for years. So please don't think that all people from Kansas are this ignorant because he is a huge embarrassment to us too.

Thankfully he generally stays out of Johnson County too. Did you know he was a disbarred attorney ? I didn't until recently.
