Oooh, the radio guy I've seen a couple times is there working. (Highly inconvenient, actually. Damn tournament messing with my dinner plans.)

He's cute. His voice sounds cute, too.

Thumbs up Oh how the mighty have fallen!

Maryland lost in the first round of the ACC! Yee-haw! At least Duke won't worry about them anymore.

Can't believe that Boston College lost in their first round also. They were a pick for a first place seed in the NCAA.

I cannot tell you how happy I am BC lost. Have fun next year in the ACC boys!

Although, I was looking forward to UConn being able to beat BC in the final.

I couldn't think of a more fitting way for BC to exit the Big East, with the exception of Pitt beating them

My boys have a tough draw against Villanova... hope they pick up the pace. Killing me not to watch it!

Villanova is always tough when it comes to the NCAA tourney.

I wish Boston College WASN'T joining the ACC. It defeats the name of the conference.

This really is one of the best times of the year. At least I don't have the NHL to conflict with any games in the tourney.

Just when you thought the impossible had happened (Illinois losing last weekend, Maryland losing today, etc)...Virginia beat Miami. I guess Coach Gillen is going to keep his job a little longer. They play Duke tomorrow. Hopefully I can get to the bar before end of first half, have an Admirals' hockey game to go to first.

PS - My mom found a bar across from her hotel in California to watch the ACC tournament. So, she is set for the weekend.

I went to the Southern Conference tournament last week with the band. UT-Chattanooga won the tournament this past Saturday, but we went home Thursday night .

My dad was a cheerleader at Carolina, and was there when the Tar Heels won the NCAA championship in 1982 (Michael Jordan's freshmen year). Needless to say, I was raised a Tar Heel fan, so I'll be cheering for them during the tournament.

I live about 4-5 blocks away from the OKC Arena. I may walk down there and see what kinds of prices scalpers are offering.. I doubt there's any seating left inside though.

Last time I checked, Massachusets does in fact have a coast which does in fact touch the Atlantic.

Yeah I'll be a little more blunt - I heard smart people like visuals, so here's an overhead view of the city of Boston itself:

The blue stuff is the Atlantic Ocean.

I understand that Mass. (please don't ask me to try and spell it right now) does have a coastline with the Atlantic. But I grew up identifying it as the conference for Virginia, North and South Carolinas, Georgia. I could deal with the teams from Florida joining - Florida State in ???? and Miami this year. It just seems strange that all the teams are in the Southeast, then you have Boston College. That is what bugs me.

As for UNC, once we get into the NCAA tournament, that will be the only time I cheer for them. I root for the whole ACC, as long as they aren't playing Duke. I think the Selection Committee does a good job of spreading out the teams from the same conference so you get to see a lot of interconference play.

I knew I liked you for some reason! I love my Blue Devils. I live for the ACC tourney, even though I am now on the West Coast

(this is one of the times I miss living in VA Beach or the Northern VA area)
